How We Work
We Are Process Driven
Our creativity and willingness to pursue event management thrive because we adapt the 5Cs into the core of our processes.
Concept
Conceptualization and ideation is the first step in all of our event planning efforts. An understanding of “what” the event is, clarifies “why” the event is being held, “when” it is being proposed to hold. We bring in our research and development team to the table to dig into what the deliverables must be to create a standout event for our clients.
Coordination
At Darmont, we put efforts into properly planning a schedule. As we conceptualize your event, we start to think deeply about how to coordinate each and every element of the event.
Our coordination includes working with you to come up with a theme or general idea for the event. With a defined theme, we will have a better idea for the venue, decorations (if appropriate), and any additional needs for the event.
Control
Control is significant to successfully managing your event. At Darmont Events, we recognize the value of a run-through of the event at every stage to be able to identify any overlooked or neglected stages of the event.
We picture the event, based on the concept, from the very beginning to the end while striving to make sure everything is on track from the availability of ample space for all of the confirmed attendees, to making sure there is enough space for the catering company to lay out the food in a pleasant way.
Culmination
Culmination is the D-Day of your event. It is when the Darmont Events team rolls up our sleeves to make sure that only the best will do for the event.
As your event takes place, our team will be on top of everything.
We will develop an itinerary for each and everyone involved with the event. Our team efforts start before the event begins with a ‘rehearse’ of the event before it begins. It is important to have the run-through so that it stays with everyone involved.
Close Out
Our work is never completed at the successful end of an event, there is still work to be done. We make sure that all payments and termination of contracts with the vendors, caterers, speakers, etc. are completed.
We will also give feedback to your team. We review all efforts with the aim of identifying what went well, what did not and what could have been even better.
We make sure to promptly address any issue identified so that we can do an even better job for your next event. We will also trouble you to give us feedback on how we fared.
